We are proud of you Rev. Fr. Philip Romician Benzy sss, as you are elected as the 16th Superior General in the recently concluded 36th General Chapter in November 2023 in Vietnam.
We were delighted and grateful to have the presence of our Superior General in the inauguration of our jubilee year of sss presence in India, sixty years (1964-2024).
He was in his vacation, yet he made time to the invitations of the events in our communities. The felicitations brought joy to the entire province. There was an Indian style present in an each place. Lay Aggregates, Lay Faithful in our ministry places, Scholastics and all the members cherished this historical moment.
You make a history as the First Superior General from Asia.
You will be part of the history in the line of Generals in the Congregation.
